This project was multi-part. I was asked to compile market research on names and other apartment complexes in the area as well as create a logo and color scheme.

While the over all project was a success and the name 10North was settled upon the client choose another direction for the completed logo.

I am still very pleased with the process and options we presented and this showcases some of the process.
